Che Guevara
I think this image is very iconic and widely used. I wonder how many people know who the man behind the image was.

Re: Che Guevara
You beat me to it! This for me is one of the greatest images ever as Che Guevera is the face of the 20th century revolutionary and in the words of the man himself 'it is better to die standing than to live on your knees' a moto we should all live by. However the image of Che has become so iconic that people now use it without knowing anything about the man and it is also now being used by multi-national companies to make money through clothing etc, which im sure is the last thing the great revolutionary would have wanted.

Re: Che Guevara
I agree. It has almost become a symbol of false ideals: revoloution as a fashion statement instead of for the better of mankind.
